Bought this at a fantastic price for my 5 year old for Christmas and my 10 year old loves it just as much, it was easy to follow on screen and though my daughter just loved the fact she was singing into a real microphone and couldn;t read the words she still loved learning the songs and dancing the moves. I had a go too and found it very entertaining!

this game took us ages to get the mics working on it, but once it was up and running, my lil cousin had great fun on it, its easy for her to use, and she is under the age of 10.

This game is great. I bought it for my 2 children (but play it alot on my own too!) and they love it. It comes with 2 singstar microphones and is really good fun. You can unlock more songs and other extras the more you sing and you can sing solo, duet or in party mode. Recommended for anyone who loves the HSM songs!

Both my kids aged 7 and 10 have enjoyed this one. They have sung to their hearts content, unlocked lots of songs and after 3 months it is still a favourite. I have enjoyed singing along with the kids and would consider buying more singstar games if the choice of songs were suitable.

Already having the mics, I bought the Solus version (at a good price) from Amazon. I bought it for my 6 year-old HSM fan who was always reluctant (to the point of total refusal) to join in with Sing Star.
As another reviewer has said, we were a little surpised at the limit of initial choice, but my daughter got on with the set selection and song choice and was opening up more songs and (character) outfits in no time. To be honest she could have cared less about the outfits and stages but was chuffed with the additional songs.
This is not a sing star game, as I point out in the title, you will be disappinted if that’s what you expect, but for a performing HSM fan it was used non-stop at every opportunity – and on purchase you can bet on it that everyday your little one (I would guess under 10 to be honest) will be inflicting it on your ears again and again.
